The Visual Basic Special Interest Group (VB SIG) of the Tampa bay Computer Society has been in continuous operation since June of 1991, just a month after Bill Gates presented to our usergroup at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. We saw Visual Basic 1.0 for the first time and how it would transform programming for Windows.
